BROCCOLI

  • Arcadia - 68 days, Cold tolerant, excellent side-shoot.

  • Green Magic - 57 days, Heat tolerant.

  • Jacaranda - 72 days, produces full-size heads that sport a unique purple color that's typically reserved for sprouting types. Excellent for a fall harvest, Jacaranda can be cut at full head stage, or can be left to open for floret or “stick” style harvests. This unusual variety is a cross of broccoli and cauliflower, bringing out the best of both crops

  • Packman - 50 days, Excellent side-shoot, freezes well.

  • Premium Crop - NOT AVAILBLE 2021 -58 days, Long lasting, produces many side-shoots.

BRUSSELS SPROUTS

  • Long Island Improved - 85 to 110 days, An heirloom variety that produces delicious 1"–1½" cabbage heads that grow tightly and densely against the main trunk of the plant. This is a very durable variety that can withstand cooler temperatures.

CABBAGE

  • Caraflex - NOT AVAILABLE 2021 -68 days, Pointed mini cabbage, sweet and mild flavor.

  • Copenhagen - 63 to 100 days, Danish Heirloom. This early variety forms round, solid heads (6-8") in diameter, making it the largest early round-head cabbage for summer harvest. Good Keeping Ability, Excellent uniformity, and rich flavor. This variety is outstanding for coleslaw. 3-4lbs.

  • Danish Ballhead - 90 days, Heirloom. A late fall and storage variety with medium-size heads of blue-green. Exceptionally good keeper with a pleasing flavor and texture. Great sauerkraut variety.

  • Early Jersey Wakefield - 60 to 75 days, Heirloom. This American cabbage is a favorite for early harvest, forming a conical, pointed, dark green head with a smooth, sweet flavor. The head is slow to split and slow to bolt. Holds in the garden for 2-3 weeks after maturity.

  • Red Ace: 70 days, the best early maturing red cabbage. Produces reddish purple heads about 3 pounds each. Resistant to yellowing and great for gardens with little space.

  • Savoy King - 80 days, Large, dark green heads have that classic savoy crinkled texture and sweeten up nicely after frost.

CAULIFLOWER

  • Cheddar - 55 to 60 days, Pretty Orange heads that are slow to bolt, heads measure 4-7 inches wide.

  • Graffiti - 80 days, a hybrid variety that produces stunning, bright purple heads that are medium to large-sized. Performs well even in humid conditions. Best for fall harvest.

  • Romanesco - 100-120 days ‘Romanesco’ has heads that are lime green with pointed, spiraled pinnacles. Light Nutty Flavor, In addition to its peculiar aesthetic, romanesco's appeal is its firm texture and earthy flavor. It is surprisingly sweet when cooked tender, like cauliflower but with a denser texture that holds up to lots of cooking methods

  • Snow Crown - 50 to 60 days, Snow Crown is always mild and sweet. It’s hybrid vigor and rapid growth make it one of the easiest to grow of all early cauliflower varieties. It forms fully domed curds in heads 7-8" across, weighing 1-2 lbs. This variety maintains its prime eating quality for up to 10 days in the garden. May manifest a delicate pink blush when maturing in the hotter parts of the summer.
