  • Aji Dulce - 90-100 days, Packed with rich, tropical sweetness, Aji Dulce ripens from lime green to red and is an essential ingredient for sofrito and many other Caribbean dishes. Aji dulce plants bear fruit when they are about 18 inches tall. The compact nature of the pepper plant makes it well-suited to container growing.

  • Biquino Red - 65-75 days to green fruit 78-90 days to red fruit, Biquinho resists the binary of ‘hot’ pepper vs ‘sweet,’ bringing a wave of floral, tropical fruit flavors with a touch of something that’s not quite spice and certainly delectable. Red biquinho chile peppers are very crunchy and juicy with an initially tangy, citrus taste followed by a sweet, fruity, and slightly smoky flavor reminiscent of habanero peppers. The peppers also contain mild heat that fluctuates in intensity depending on the climate, soil, and environment the pod is grown in.

  • Biquinho Pepper Yellow - 80 days, A tiny, mild heat, yellow Brazilian pepper, tangy and sweet with a nice kick of heat. One plant will produce an average of 100 little peppers and will grow around 24 inches tall. It can be eaten fresh as snacks, cooked in soups, and is really amazing pickled in vinegar. Lends itself well to container growing. ranging 500-1,000 Scoville scale

  • Carbaci - Heirloom, 75 DAYS. Super long, thin fruits; some stay straight, some spiral. Edible at any stage, they start out yellow-green, maturing into red, with a fruity, sweet flavor.

  • Carmen - 60-80 days, Classic Italian Corno di Toro type, Carmen features unusually sweet horn-shaped tapered pointed 2½x6" fruits averaging 5oz. Begins green, then deepens to a beautiful carmine at maturity. Fruits avg. 6" long x 2 1/2" wide. Avg. weight 5oz.

  • Cherry Pick - 68 days, 1¼ in. globes are bright red when ripe, and sweet as can be

  • Corno di Toro - 72 days, classic italian heirloom, sweet 8-10” fruits that ripen to a deep red. Great fresh or roasted.

  • Cubanelle - 65 days, 6-8-inch pepper is prized for its sweet, mild flesh, rich flavor, and pretty colors. Best picked when yellow-green for use in roasting, stuffing, as a pizza topping, for frying, a substitute for Anaheim peppers, They can also be left to mature and harvested when bright orange-red.

  • Doe Hill Orange - 70 Days. It has all the sweetness of other golden bell varieties without the finickiness or the long waits. It yields huge quantities of small, thick-walled peppers on each plant, which is relatively compact, growing to about three feet in height. The flavor of the fruit is an excellent blend of sweet and tangy; it is excellent chopped up in salads, stuffed with fresh veggies and dressing , or sautéed in olive oil and thrown on pasta. An ideal sweet pepper for short seasons.

  • Jimmy Nardello - 80-90 days, Italian Heirloom, sweet frying pepper, loads of long, thin peppers, up to 10" long, These peppers are perfect for pickling or drying.

  • Lunch Box Mix - 65 days,  High yielding, extremely early, mini pumpkin shaped peppers maturing to red, orange, and yellow. The peppers on these 24" tall plants are flattened and fluted with thick walls. Sweet peppers that are perfectly suited to container or garden growing.

  • Melrose - 70 days, Italian frying pepper produces very sweet and flavorful green to crimson red peppers early, great fresh and grilled.

  • Orange Lively Italian - 75 days green, 100 days orange, Thick-walled, bright orange fruits, 6-8" fruits

  • Orange You Sweet - 65 days. Sweet Hungarian Cheese Pepper. This early maturing 24”-36”plant produces high yields of flat-rounded sweet peppers. Peppers hang like ornaments on top of the plant. Peppers turn from green to orange when they mature. Great fresh, salsa, stuffing, and pickling. An excellent choice for home gardens and Farmer’s Markets.

  • Paprika - fairly large red pepper and quite long, growing up to 8 inches, and lends a unique spiciness to paprika powder

  • Pepperoncini - 75+ Days, heirloom, will ripen from green to red, slight heat with a sweeter flavor

  • Picnic Orange - 75 Days. Deep orange color with a rich sweet pepper flavor. The orange Picnic Pepper is sweet tasting and has a lovely warm color. Selected for thick walls, flavor, strong yields and an upright plant habit.

  • Pillar Sweet Red - 80- 100 days, Pillar Red is a uniquely performing table-top plant. An Italian roaster, produces large crisp, thick walled fruit. The plant has an upright growth habit with a sturdy stem and few branches. It clearly exposes its fruit, without the need for pruning or trimming. Ideal as table-top plant in a kitchen and drought tolerant. Fruit grows close to the central stem to keep the plant in perfect balance.

  • Pimento - red, heart-shaped sweet peppers that are about 2 to 3 inches wide and 3 to 4 inches long. They are barely spicy, very mild and sweet in flavor

  • Sweet Banana - 75 days, Named for its banana-like shape, this variety bears sweet, mild banana peppers that mature from yellow, to orange, and then to crimson red. Plants fruit prolifically, easily producing up to 25 to 30 pods per plant. Banana peppers are great for frying and pickling, and are an excellent choice for making pepper rings for sandwiches. Great for containers.

SWEET BELL PEPPERS

  • ACE - 65 Days, Earliness and high yields characterize this hybrid. Perfect for those short growing seasons in the North. Deep green, large fruits are nice fresh from the vine or for stuffing.

  • California Wonder - 75 days, Largest open-pollinated, heirloom bell you can grow. A perfect stuffing pepper-blocky 4" x 3 1/2", thick-walled, tender and flavorful.

  • California Wonder Golden - 72 days, virtually identical to the California Wonder except it turns a beautiful golden yellow.

  • Chocolate Bell - 58-78 days, Early, tolerance of cool nights, and a heavy set. Smooth, medium-small, tapered, "snub nose" (blunt end) bells with long fruit stems. Very mild flavor, medium thick flesh. The flesh under the skin is brick red.

  • Fat & Sassy - 65 days, Plant produces heavy yields of huge 4 ½" long by 4 ½" wide sweet bell peppers. Peppers turn from green to red when mature. This extra early variety is thick walled and very sweet. Great for salads, stuffing, and cooking.

  • Fire and Ice - 4.5 “Pots Only - The long upright fruits are red, orange, and yellow. The 3-in. pointed peppers are indeed edible though heat may vary.

  • King of the North NOT AVAILABLE 2023 - 57 days, Reliable set of green to glossy red fruits in short seasons. Improved for a higher percentage of blocky, thick-walled, early ripening peppers each with three to four lobes. Known for its ability to produce good sized peppers in short, cool seasons. Strong plants support heavy yield.

  • Ladybell - 68 days, Produces 3-4 lobed peppers with extra thick walls that turn from a polished green to bright red at full maturity, but they're edible in either stage. juicy and sweet with a hint of spiciness.

  • Liberty Belle - 73-78 days, naturally dwarf plants are ideal for small spaces and patio containers. Produces heavy sets of beautiful sweet bell peppers turning from green to yellow.

  • Mini Bell Mix - 63-68 days, a blend of mini, multi colored sweet bell peppers that start maturing in 9 weeks, 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 bells start out green maturing to many different shades of yellow and red. Fruits are thick walled, firm and richly sweet. Disease resistant plants grow to 24”.

  • New Ace - 65 days, It’s one of the earliest peppers to mature and has been a consistent producer of good yields, even when others have not set fruit because of hot weather. Its 3 to 4 lobed fruit have medium thick walls and are sweet and tender.

  • North Star - 60 days, early maturing, more cold tolerant, sets blocky dark green fruit that mature to a bright red.

  • Orange Blaze Bell - 70 to 80 days, Ripens from green to a beautiful deep, tangerine orange. Big blocky fruits with thick walls.

  • Orange You Sweet (Cheese) - 70 days, medium height plants produce continuous sets of flat round, 2-1/2 to 3" wide x 1-1/2" tall, sweet peppers that are smooth and thick walled. These sweet peppers are ideal for stuffing or pickling. Matures from dark green to deep orange.

  • Purple Beauty - 3"–4" long, 3" wide, blocky-shaped pepper that starts out creamy lime green, changing to purple, and then red if left to fully mature. Pepper walls thicken as they mature to red.

  • Red Beauty/Baron -72 days, Thick-walled, red-ripe peppers with rich sweet flavor produced on widely adapted plants even in cooler or short season areas. High yields of blocky, lobed 4” fruits.

  • Yellow Bell - 75 days. High yields of bright golden, tasty peppers! Very sweet and mild.
