  • Ailsa Craig - 105 days,  English heirloom. This huge, 2 pound, 6–8" , straw yellow globe onion is amazingly sweet and firm for its size. A sweet Spanish type, Ailsa Craig is reported to be a longer storing onion than other sweet Spanish types.  Long-day variety.

  • Cabernet: 100–110 days. Enjoy the sweet flavor raw on salads or burgers, or cooked into a jam on toast or cheese. Bred for 2"–3" uniform shape and early harvest. Good internal color, mostly single centers. 4-6 month storage, Intermediate day

  • Candy - 135 days, Huge, savory yellow onion, with thick, succulent flesh and a delicious flavor both sharp and sweet! Candy stores for months. Intermediate day

  • CortlandLIMITED- 105 days, It has good quality brown skin, thin necks, medium-large size and a uniform round shape. Cortland also has good tolerance to stress and disease. 

  • New York Early - 98 days, Open-pollinated. Small-to-medium yellow onions with great keeping qualities. Mild flavor makes these great all purpose onions, raw or cooked, especially in the later winter months when other onion varieties has lost their keeping quality.

  • Patterson: 104 days, This sweet, firm onion has straw-colored skin and yellowish flesh that matures into a very uniform shape and size. Similar to Copra, yet slightly larger with an overall higher-yield, Patterson has an extremely long shelf life allowing for months of fresh, flavorful eating!

  • Red Carpet: - 115 days. Magnificent magenta interior rings make this an specially gorgeou red onion. Excellent storage. Very good yields and strong skins. It is a recommended replacement for Redwing onions. It is slightly earlier and smaller, but dries and stores just as well. Rich color and flavor! Long Day variety.

  • Red Wing: NOT AVAILABLE 2024 - 118 Days, the ultimate red storage onion. The globe-shaped bulbs are 3–4 inches across, moderately pungent, very firm, 8-10 months storage potential

  • Rossa di Milano: 100 days. Unusual and rare Italian heirloom. These storage (6+ months) onions have bright purple/red skins and a barrel shape, with flat bottoms. Sweet and pungent. They look sensational when braided for winter use, and are highly prized by market growers. Long Day variety.

  • Ruby Red: NOT AVAILABLE 2024 - 120 days, Beautiful burgundy skin gives this large, firm, sweet onion its name. Perfect for storing, this long-day onion lasts up to 6 months. Reliable plants yield crunchy, aromatic bulbs.

  • Yellow Spanish Sweet - 120 days, Big delicious onions which often weigh a pound or more. The onions are globe-shaped with heavy, golden-brown skin, and the crisp white flesh has a mild, delightful flavor. Stores short term.

  • Walla Walla - NOT AVAILABLE 2024 - 90 days, Heirloom. Exceptionally mild and makes jumbo to colossal-sized bulbs with light brown skin and pretty white flesh. Sweetest of all the long-day varieties. Will keep for a month.

  • Wethersfield Red: 100 days, This variety dates to the 1700s It grows to large size, deep red, thick, approaching to round shape, fine-grained, pleasant flavored, and very productive. It ripens in September and keeps well. It is a slightly flattened, deep blood-red onion of renowned quality.

  • White Portugal - 60 days, A popular vegetable used either raw or cooked, as a flavoring in salads, soups, sandwiches and stew. May be pulled when stem and bulb are ¼" in diameter or allowed to form larger onions.

    Onion Sets: $

  • Candy - 80 Bulbs, 100 days, Candy onion plants are so easy to grow due to their strong root system and disease resistance. Up to 6" bulbs, 2' tops. This onion is well adapted throughout the country. Not affected by day length, it is called a day-neutral variety and will form bulbs in the North or South. The jumbo, globe-shaped bulbs are sweet and mild with lasting quality and good flavor.

  • Karmen - 80 Bulbs, 80 days, zesty, ruby red onion, good storage type, Medium sweet flavor. Great for cooking, and easy to grow! "Red Karmen" onions are sometimes called Spanish onions or salad onions, can be used raw in salads, as well as cooked. They are easy to grow and they perform best in well-drained, slightly acidic, fertile soil in full sun.

  • Snowball - 80 Bulbs, 80 days, always crisp and delicious! A productive White skinned with a mild sweet flavor and good storage qualities.

  • Stuttgarter Yellow: This is one of the most versatile and delicious onions you can find. Yellow Stuttgarter Onion has white to yellow flesh and reddish-brown skins. It retains its juice and stores for several months. The Yellow Stuttgarter Onion has firm skin that protects it long after harvest. These yellow onions offer excellent, clean flavor that is spicy when consumed raw. There's no better onion to have sliced raw on a burger or as a spicy bite in a salad. They also make excellent cooking onions and become sweet when cooked.

    LEEKS

  • King Richard - 75 days, Open-pollinated. Upright shanks a foot long to the first medium green leaves. Ready in late August and can withstand light frosts but should be harvested before those heavily frosted nights in late October.

  • Lancelot - 90 days, Open-pollinated. A dependable heavy-yielding virus-tolerant bolt-resistant leek. Suitable for late-fall harvest and possible overwintering in climates warmer than ours. Uniform 12–14" shafts with good thickness.

  • Lincoln - 75 days, Open-pollinated.  Shanks even longer and sleeker than King Richard’s with delicate sweet leek flavor. Ready in late August, will withstand light frosts, but should be harvested before late October.

  • Tadorna - 100 days. Exceptional winter leek. A vigorous grower producing a medium-length white shank and contrasting, very dark blue-green foliage. Holds in the field for fall/winter harvest.

Shallots

  • Ambition - 10 Bulbs, Ambition Shallot is a hybrid shallot with a traditional, globe-shaped bulb. Copper skin and white flesh. An excellent storage shallot. Intermediate to long day, Ambition has a lovely delicate flavor that comes to life when sautéed in butter.

  • Red Shallots: These shallots are resistant to bolting and are very long keeping. Sets produce shallots that will store all winter.

    Garlic: $

  • Elephant - 3 cloves, Delicious mild flavor, The larger the planted clove, the larger the bulb it will produce, and these cloves are huge. You'll harvest enormous bulbs that are up to 4" wide and 3" long, Harvest spring planted garlic the same season, about 90 days from planting. Averages 2 cloves per bulb.

    Bagged Garlic: $

  • California White Softneck Garlic - Softneck, artichoke-type. Bulbs have spicy-hot flavor and papery skins. Approx. 10-20 cloves per bulb. Easy to grow and very productive. Adaptable to range of climates. Tops can be braided into a rope for storage.
